Making the MTV video about the flat man on the couch was a rare mix of technical precision and pure play. Pulling the project off required tight coordination between practical effects, camera tricks, and a crew willing to improvise on the fly — yet every challenge felt energising rather than daunting. The visual gag hinged on flawless timing and inventive problem-solving: prosthetics, perspective shifts, and a handful of in-camera illusions all had to align perfectly. Seeing the final cut come together justified the long rehearsals and late nights; the result is slick, surprising, and unmistakably fun.

Shoot-Production / Real locations / Real cast

The MTV video "History of Local Ayanada" blends creative vision with disciplined execution. Early concept work mined local stories and archives; tightly scheduled neighborhood shoots treated every choice as art and production. Directors and editors shaped a nonlinear narrative that honors community memory while keeping broadcast pacing. Production design and locations added authentic detail, and pragmatic scheduling and budgeting sustained momentum without sacrificing ambition. The result: a concise, immediate music video that celebrates place through clear intent and efficient craft.

Competition Promo

Made a promo competition video for MTV and had a blast animating it in the studio. We kept everything in 2D — bold flat shapes, quick rigs, and punchy motion — which made iteration fast and the whole process surprisingly easy. Because the assets were lightweight and modular, we could test ideas on the fly, tweak timing in minutes, and keep the energy loose and spontaneous. The result is a crisp, high-impact promo that feels playful and immediate, born from a workflow that’s efficient, creative, and genuinely fun.
